Yesterday was the last day of 5K training for me! I did a personal best time, and felt spectacular doing it! Yes, I'm still slower than most of you avid runners, but I'm pushing my limits and getting faster every time!
I made a new goal that I want to lose 10 more pounds by the day we leave for our North Carolina vacation. So I'm hoping I can accomplish that one, as well as tone up a lot too!
Now for the week 10 stats!
Pounds lost this week ~ 2.2 lbs
Total pounds lost ~ 25.2 lbs
Pounds left til my 15% goal ~ 6.2 lbs
Pounds left til my NC vacation goal ~ 10 lbs
Pounds left til my prepregnancy weight with Dominic ~ 14 lbs
Goals:
Gym Challenge Goal ~ I did hit my gym challenge goal in time. So I'll be seeing a portion of the money in that pot! :)
