This weigh in is for the past 2 weeks. If you already didn't know, I have a rough couple weeks between nasty colds and Dominic getting a stomach bug 4th of July weekend. Luckily, it didn't set my running back too far. I managed to get back out there today and do 3 miles. I need to get in all I can because half marathon training starts on Monday of next week!! :) I'm so excited and I really think the weight is just going to start falling off me once I up my weekly mileage and keep up with my weight lifting. Just need to keep my diet in check!!

Pounds lost this week ~ 1.2 lbs
Total Pounds Lost ~ 31.6 lbs
Pounds left til my pre-pregnancy weight with Dominic ~ 7.6 lbs
Pounds left til my 20% goal ~ 10.2 lbs

Pounds left til my Puma 5-miler goal : 15 lbs (I want to lose 15 lbs before that race on August 20th)
Goals Completed:
I have officially lost 15% of my original starting weight!! :) Go me!! It's taken me a little longer than I would have liked...but I got there. After all, slow and steady wins the race!!
