Weekly Training Report

This week was much better than the last. Probably because last week, I literally did nothing. LOL

Here was what my training looked like last week!

Mon~nothing
Tuesday~ 1.36 miles running, 1 mile elliptical
Wednesdays~ 1 mile running, weight lifting
Thursday~ 2.02 miles running
Friday~ nothing
Saturday ~ 3.10 miles running(outside)

MUCH BETTER!! Can't wait to see results!!
