Weigh In Week 2

This week was a bit more difficult. I had a lot of distractions and scheduling obstacles to work around. Monday night was my work's Christmas party at Margarita's so I had to eat smart all day long, and then avoid the party's taco bar. I had 3 light beers while at the party, and that was it. I didn't end up getting home til 2 am. I was too busy watching the trainwreck caused by some of my drunken coworkers lol. So Tuesday I was absolutely exhausted after barely any sleep and having a great time the night before. Wednesdays are hard because I work at the gym in the morning...so it means having to hit the gym at night. Thursday-Jackson decided he was going to nap wayyy earlier than normal (right when it was time to hit the gym), so I had to rearrange that schedule. ARGGGH. Then Friday I was down at my parents, so no workout there lol. But I did get a nice long outside run in Saturday morning then a shorter inside run Sunday.

My Week in Workout
Monday~ 1 mile run, 3 mile elliptical, 3 mile bike
Tuesday~ OFF
Wednesday~ 1 mile run, weights
Thursday~ 1 mile run, 2 miles elliptical
Friday~ OFF
Saturday~ 4.5 mile run
Sunday~ 2 mile run


Now here are the results!!

Pounds lost this week~ 2.4 lbs
Total pounds lost~ 29.8 lbs

Goals:
Pounds left til my Valentine's Day goal~ 4.4 lbs
Pounds left til my 10% goal~ 12.9 lbs
Pounds left til my happy weight~ 39.4 lbs

  1. way to go!!! I think your great eating and ability to pop in a short workout here and there and a long one on weekends is really benefiting you
