Weekly Training Report

This week was much better than the last. Probably because last week, I literally did nothing. LOL

Here was what my training looked like last week!

Mon~nothing
Tuesday~ 1.36 miles running, 1 mile elliptical
Wednesdays~ 1 mile running, weight lifting
Thursday~ 2.02 miles running
Friday~ nothing
Saturday ~ 3.10 miles running(outside)

MUCH BETTER!! Can't wait to see results!!

Back At It Again

Ok, so after falling off the planet for 3 months (aka summer vacation), I'm back and ready to get back into the groove. I've made a new goal, one which is totally doable. I find that when I make specific goals, I'm more likely to want to succeed. I just need to get into a good routine, which isn't easy since Dominic's in preschool now, I have classes and am working doubles on the weekend...BUSY BUSY! :)

Today, I ran a mile and lifted weights. I want to get back into a good routine, which hopefully will be as follows...

Monday~ weights, elliptical
Tuesday~ long run
Wednesday~weights, spinning
Thursday~ long run
Friday ~ weights, elliptical

Total Pounds Lost ~ 31.4 lbs
Pounds til pre-pregnancy weight with Dominic ~ 7.8 lbs
Pounds til Dominic's Birthday Party ~ 12 lbs
Pounds til long-term goal ~ 37.8 lbs
